Accreditation and patient satisfaction are important measures of our performance in the delivery of quality health care services.  The Rutgers-Camden Student Wellness Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Our status as an accredited organization means RCSWC has passed a series of rigorous and nationally recognized standards for the provision of quality health care set by the Accreditation Association.

Our accreditation by AAAHC is also an important indicator of our continuing growth and success as a health care facility and underscores our long-standing commitment to providing the highest possible levels of quality care to the student community we serve.

Patient Feedback

An important part of our Quality Assurance Program includes patient feedback. The RCSWC reviews patient comments, suggestions and opinions, as measures of overall patient satisfaction. Patients with a concern may contact the Student Wellness Center by phone, e-Mail, written correspondence, or arrange an appointment with the Student Wellness Center Director in person. Patients also express their concerns by periodically filling out an anonymous patient satisfaction survey.
