My Approach to Treatment

Daniel Agidi believes that therapy offers individuals a valuable opportunity to articulate their experiences and develop strategies for overcoming life’s challenges. Utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, Daniel emphasizes the identification and reformation of negative or distorted thought patterns, replacing them with constructive and adaptive thinking. This is achieved through techniques such as cognitive restructuring, exposure therapy, and behavioral activation, which together foster healthier emotional and behavioral responses.
