How to book an Appointment?
All Appointments with our Provides:
- Medical Services
- Psychological Services and Counseling
- Alcohol/Drug/Nicotine Services and Counseling
- Psychiatric Services
- Testing Services
To schedule Appointments Online:
Whether the appointment will be a face-to-face contact or tele-appointment will be determined when you arrange the appointment. If a face-to-face meeting, both persons should be wearing a Covid mask. A request for an exception to wearing a mask must be made when you make the appointment.

Students need to call and make an appointment for a sports physical at (856)225-6005. After you have made your appointment, please fill out the paperwork for your appointment by clicking the link below. If the paperwork is not completed 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will need to reschedule.
