From the Director

Dr. Daniel Lee is licensed Psychologist, Certified School Psychologist, certified Life Coach with close to 20 years in the field. Recently, he completed a post-doctoral master’s degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology. He is a Past-President for the New Jersey Psychological Association. Prior to becoming the Medical Director of the Rutgers Camden Student Wellness Center. He served as the Deputy Superintendent of Equity for the California Department of Education. He is also  the Principal Consultant of N-PSY-T (Pronounced Insight) Psychological Services, These culminating experiences have led to the following professional portfolio:organizational and systems development; educational and behavioral health consultative services; program development and evaluation; assessment and evaluation services and supports; training and professional development; community and parent engagement; behavioral health interventions; coaching and leadership development; research and data analysis, resource development and infusing equity in clinical, organizational, systems and personal growth initatives.

The Rutgers-Camden Student Wellness Center supports the mission of the University by providing health care services, education and leadership uniquely designed to meet the developmental and educational needs of University students, and to enhance the quality of life for all members of the Rutgers Community, including faculty and staff.

Vision Statement:

The Rutgers-Camden Student Wellness Center is comprised of caring health professionals who value innovation, quality and efficiency, and strive to meet the evolving needs of a diverse Rutgers community by:
  • Providing leadership in college health and serving as a model for providing integrated health services to students, faculty and staff. 
  • serving as the University resource for health affairs with expertise in college health, college health-related research, alcohol and other drugs, mental health, public health and health education.
  • influencing the health and well being of future generations of citizens in New Jersey and beyond.
