My approach to therapy

Drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered approaches, Allison tailors her work to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Allison aims to create a supportive space where individuals feel heard and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. She works with individuals to build insight, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop practical skills to promote lasting, meaningful change aligned with their personal goals and values. She strives to help individuals build self-awareness and resilience so they can navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
