Amanda Koniewicz LPC, CAADC

Amanda Koniewicz LPC, CAADC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Amanda is a pre-doctoral intern at the Rutgers Camden Student Wellness Center and is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Immaculata University. Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in criminal justice from Temple University. She went on to earn her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with a certification in addiction treatment from Immaculata University. Amanda has over ten years of experience working in the field of mental health in a variety of settings, including inpatient hospitalization, outpatient treatment, youth residential facilities, and private practice. Amanda specializes in addiction treatment, anxiety, perinatal mental health and relationships. When she is not working on her educational or career goals, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

My Approach to Treatment

Amanda believes that you deserve therapy that is tailored to you so that you can finally experience relief from the symptoms of anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and unhealthy relationship cycles. Amanda will work with you towards meeting your therapeutic goals while providing you with a safe space to thoroughly explore your innermost thoughts and feelings.  Amanda will provide you with the tools to establish new, healthy coping strategies while encouraging your independence through your journey towards mental well-being.
