My Approach to Treatment
Ms. Boyd believes therapy is a path to personal growth through developing insight, processing trauma, and building intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. She enjoys working with adults who seek to understand and integrate their intersectional identities, let go of shame, and achieve authentic and effective self-expression. By helping you to clarify your values, commitments, and goals, Angela will aid you in identifying and unearthing the experiences, habits, and beliefs that adversely affect your engagement with and enjoyment of life and cultivate a self-affirming mindset and way of being.
