My approach to therapy

Angelica views therapy as a safe and supportive space for exploring one’s inner world and gaining insight into unconscious thoughts and patterns. She utilizes psychodynamic techniques to help clients increase self-awareness, resolve internal conflicts, and enhance interpersonal functioning. In addition, she incorporates emotion-focused therapy approaches to support clients in identifying unmet emotional needs, processing difficult feelings, and fostering healthier emotional expression and connection. Angelica’s goal is to empower clients to feel more grounded, connected, and capable of navigating life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
