Daniela Belfoure

Daniela Belfoure is a second-year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program at Holy Family University and a practicum extern at the Rutgers Wellness Center. She draws from both humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, with a strong focus on understanding each client’s unique story and lived experience. Daniela integrates evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, to cultivate personalized treatment plans that meet clients where they are.

She is especially passionate about supporting individuals in rebuilding self-worth and self-perception through trauma work. Daniela strives to create a therapy space that fosters safety, validation, and openness, laying the foundation for authentic healing and self-exploration.

Outside of her clinical work, Daniela enjoys cooking, Pilates, and dance.
