Sahil Parikh

Sahil Parikh is a Psychotherapy and Sports Psychology extern and doctoral student, currently enrolled in his second-year at Widener University’s Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program. He is also currently pursuing his MBA in Organization Leadership and training in biofeedback. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Miami and his master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Rutgers University. Sahil enjoys a variety of interests and hobbies, including college sports, pickleball, tennis, dance, and cars.

My approach to therapy

Through his extensive career, including clinical work, academic coaching, scientific research, and mental health advocacy, Sahil brings a variety of experience. More specifically, Sahil utilizes an integrative approach, bridging therapeutic models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic Therapy. He grounds his approach in empathy, aiming to provide a safe place for his clients to explore their goals and values, overcome challenges, grow as individuals, and achieve success, all while supporting that this can mean something different for everyone.
