My approach to therapy:
Dr. Welsh’s approach to therapy is to allow the client to guide the treatment, while she assists them in considering other perspectives and ways of viewing and managing stressors and concerns. While working with Dr. Welsh, you will learn to challenge your thought process and build coping skills so that you can feel better prepared to manage difficult situations. Dr. Welsh’s goal is to provide a safe space where individuals can feel comfortable expressing themselves and process how they are feeling, leading to improvement in emotional wellbeing.
